Shipping: Unless otherwise noted, shipping charges are additional, but we will combine items to save shipping charges when we can. Shipping insurance is available, at buyer's request, for an additional charge and must be arranged prior to shipment. Return Policy: HillaryHirche.com has a 30 day, no questions asked return policy for the full refund of your purchase price, as long as the item is returned in its original condition. Shipping is not refundable. You must email returns@HillaryHirche.com for return authorization within 30 days of invoice to be eligible to return your purchase. Return authorizations are valid for 10 days. We may refuse or return to you any return received more than 10 days after we give you a return authorization. Any items you return to us are shipped at the your expense, and we highly recommend shipment via a traceable carrier. If an item you return is uninsured and damaged or otherwise not in its original condition, we may choose either to re-sell it and refund you the resale amount only, less a five percent handling charge, or to return it to you and decline to refund your payment.
Governing Law: Any purchase of goods from Hillary Hirche Photography shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable. Except for equitable relief sought by Hillary Hirche Photography which may be sought in any court of competent jurisdiction, user consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State and Federal courts located in Yavapai County, Arizona.
